Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The 14-day period begins on the date the carrier’s tracking information shows that the parcel was delivered.

A return must be approved before it is sent. Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery;
The product must be unused;
The product must include its original packaging, labels and accessories;
Any protective product seal must remain intact; and
Proof of purchase or the order number must be provided.

Opening the external shipping parcel does not prevent a return. However, a product with a broken protective seal is generally not returnable unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery. If a product is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

Your order number;
A description of the problem;
Photographs of the product and packaging; and
Any relevant delivery or tracking information.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund. A product may still qualify when its seal was opened only to inspect or discover the reported problem.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email buypsychedelics.us@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Do not send the product back until you receive return approval and instructions. Approved returns must be sent to the address stated in the authorization message and within the stated return period.

Return Shipping

Approved returns within the United States qualify for free return shipping. We will provide instructions or an appropriate return label.

For international change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, customs charges and related costs.

For a verified damaged, defective or incorrect international order, we will provide an appropriate remedy and may cover reasonable return costs when a physical return is required.

Non-Returnable Products

We may refuse returns involving:

Used or consumed products;
Products with broken protective seals, except verified damaged, defective or incorrect items;
Products damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage;
Items returned without authorization;
Requests made after the 14-day period; or
Items prohibited from being returned by law or carrier rules.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Inspection and Approval

Returned products will be inspected after receipt. We will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible. For manual or offline payments, we may request suitable information to complete the refund securely.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally initiated within five to ten business days after inspection. Banks, payment providers and financial institutions may require additional time to display the refund.

Original shipping charges are refundable only when required by law or when the return results from our verified error, damage or defect.

Replacements

When a replacement is approved, it will be dispatched subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund.

Order Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We will attempt to stop processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been confirmed or dispatched.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, the normal return procedure may apply.

Refused and Unclaimed Deliveries

A refused or unclaimed parcel is not automatically eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs, customs charges or carrier fees may be deducted where permitted by law unless the refusal resulted from our verified error.
