Order Processing

Orders are normally reviewed and processed within a maximum of 24 hours after payment has been confirmed. Orders submitted on weekends, public holidays or during unusually busy periods may require additional processing time.

An order is not considered accepted until it has been reviewed and confirmed. We may delay or cancel an order where payment, stock, delivery information, age eligibility or legal compliance requires verification.

Delivery Within the United States

Estimated delivery within the United States is approximately 24 hours after dispatch, depending on the customer’s location, carrier availability and selected delivery service.

This timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Remote locations, weekends, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions or incorrect delivery information may cause delays.

International Delivery

International delivery is generally estimated at approximately three business days after dispatch. Some international deliveries may take between three and five business days.

Customs inspections, import requirements, local delivery services, public holidays and circumstances outside our control may extend the delivery period.

Tracking Information

All customers receive tracking information after their orders have been dispatched. Tracking details will normally be sent using the email address provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and monitoring their tracking updates. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or communicated before an order is confirmed. Charges may vary according to the destination, package size, delivery service and applicable carrier rates.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges and other destination-country fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery Addresses

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the customer.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot always be changed after an order has been dispatched.

International Restrictions

International customers are responsible for confirming that the ordered product may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination country.

We may refuse, restrict or cancel delivery to a location where legal, carrier or safety concerns arise. We do not intentionally ship products to destinations where their shipment or sale is prohibited.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. If we cannot ship an order within the promised or legally required period, we will provide any notice, delay option or refund required under applicable law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, weather, emergencies, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other events outside our reasonable control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period, or a package arrives damaged, contact us promptly at buypsychedelics.us@gmail.com.

Please provide your order number, tracking number and clear photographs where damage is reported. We will review the matter and, where appropriate, contact the carrier or offer a remedy in accordance with applicable law and our Refund and Returns Policy.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery location, household members, neighbors and any notice left by the carrier. You should also contact the carrier directly.

Notify us promptly if the package remains missing. Any replacement or refund will depend on the circumstances, available tracking information and applicable law.
